Why I love Croatia

Look at this, a deserted beach in mid July ... not due to the economic downturn but this little piece of paradise is hidden away on the Peljesac Peninsula, 2 hours north of Dubrovnik. Situated in a cul-de-sac, my frontline summer house for sale is ideally located. Look at the views! Just my clients exploring the beach in front. If they buy then they can enjoy this beach every day.

  1. That certainly is a slice of paradise.......thanks for sharing! Are those terraced walls a part of the property? Is the beach private? What's the house look like? You've just whetted my appetite!

  2. Carla ... I received an offer yesterday! The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac road, this is the view. The beach is not private (no one can own Croatian beaches) yet gloriously deserted.

The walls/lawn you see are part of the end property owned by a German and also a retaining wall by the beach.
